GCYFTY 144 Core G657A1 Microduct Micro Mini air Blown Fiber Cable

The fibers, 250μm, are position in a loose tube made of high modulus plastics(PBT), The tubes are filled with water resistant gel. Loose tubes and PP filler rope are stranded around the Non-metallic FRP central strength member(with PE sheath covering when needed). Cable core is filled with water blocking yarn. Outer sheath is made of UV resistance black HDPE jacket.

Core Configuration

• Stranded loose tube design with 4–12 tubes

Tube Filling

• Thixotropic gel-filled loose tubes
• Prevents water ingress and protects fibers from mechanical stress

Outer Sheath

• Ultra-low friction LSZH or TPU sheath optimized for air blowing
• Designed for installation in 10 mm / 12 mm microducts

Outer Diameter

• Approx. 5.5 mm to 8.5 mm (depending on fiber count)
