Our MGTSV stranded loose tube armored fiber optic cable is specially engineered for underground mining, tunnel and severe outdoor communication projects, adopting industry-standard ITU-T G.652D low water peak single mode optical fiber. Equipped with multi-layer steel tape armor, double MDPE/CMR flame retardant sheath and full water-blocking filling compound, this cable delivers ultra-reliable long-distance data transmission with superior resistance to water, pressure, rodent bite, flame and extreme temperature fluctuations.
All production strictly follows IEC 60794 and YD/T901 standards, with complete mechanical & environmental performance testing before delivery. Multiple fiber core options (2~288 cores) support diverse project demands, ideal for direct burial, duct laying and aerial installation in mining areas, industrial parks and outdoor telecom backbone networks.

    Ultra-low attenuation: ≤0.22dB/km @1550nm, long-distance stable transmission, meets global telecom backbone standards, zero signal distortion for mining & outdoor network.
  2. Full Anti-Damage Multi-Layer Protective Structure
    Central steel wire strength member + PBT loose tube + steel tape armor + MDPE inner sheath + CMR flame retardant outer sheath; outstanding anti-crush, anti-tensile, anti-rodent & anti-impact performance.
  3. 100% Full Water Blocking System for Harsh Wet Environment
    Loose tube filled fiber jelly + full cable core flooding compound + longitudinal steel tape waterproof layer, completely blocks longitudinal water seepage, stable in damp underground mine tunnels.
  4. Strict Flame Retardant CMR Blue Outer Sheath
    Special flame-resistant blue jacket suppresses flame spread, compliant with mine safety standards, ensures safe communication under underground fire risk.
  5. Excellent Mechanical & Temperature Adaptability
  • Short-term tensile load: 1500N; long-term tensile load: 600N
  • Wide temperature range: Operation -40℃ ~ +70℃, installation -20℃ ~ +60℃
  • Min bending radius: 10× cable diameter (no tension), 20× cable diameter (max tension)

    12-color loose tube & fiber identification system; 1m interval white cable marking (brand, model, fiber count, meter length, production year), easy field construction & maintenance.
  2. Wide Customizable Fiber Count Range
    Available from 2 cores up to 288 cores, flexible 1+5 / 1+6 / 1+8 / 1+12 stranded core design, fits small mine monitoring & large mining backbone transmission.
  3. Fully Tested Per IEC & YD/T Industry Standards
    Passed tensile, crush, impact & temperature cycling tests; fiber loss change ≤0.05dB after all mechanical tests, no fiber breakage or sheath damage guaranteed.
