The fibers, 250μm, are position in a loose tube made of high modulus plastics(PBT), The tubes are filled with water resistant gel. Loose tubes and PP filler rope are stranded around the Non-metallic FRP central strength member(with PE sheath covering when needed). Cable core is filled with water blocking yarn. Outer sheath is made of UV resistance black HDPE jacket.
